I sell handcrafted, naturally dried flower products and related items. I strive to display products as accurately as possible, but colours and textures may vary slightly due to the nature of the materials and individual monitor settings.

While every effort is made to photograph products in natural light, colours may appear differently across screens and devices. These variations are not considered faults, but a reflection of nature’s individuality.

4. Ordering

Orders placed through my website are subject to availability. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the website.

6. Shipping and Delivery

I currently ship to Australian addresses only via Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s schedules. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are clearly displayed at checkout. Rates are approximate and may vary slightly depending on parcel weight, size, and Australia Post’s current rates.

7. Due to the delicate and natural nature of my products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. If this occurs, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can help resolve the issue.
