RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
While I do my very best to ensure each piece arrives safely, I understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Below you will find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if something isn’t quite right with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each My Foraged Life creation is handmade with care, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Bouquets, wreaths, bunches, and anything containing flowers are wonderfully delicate and can’t be resold once they have left my hands. Please take note of product descriptions, sizes, and images before placing your order — colour and texture may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variation of dried flowers.
If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged or Faulty
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email me at hello@myforagedlife.com.au within 7 days of receiving it and include a photo of the issue. Some light shedding of dried flowers may occur during transit — this is natural and won’t affect the overall design. For significant damage or faults, I will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, and I will let you know as soon as it is on its way.
Local Deliveries
I recommend someone be available to receive your delivery. If no one is home and you have given consent to leave your order unattended, I will place it in a secure spot at the address provided. Please note I can’t be held responsible for any damage or loss once the item has been delivered. You can view my Delivery & Shipping Policy for full local delivery terms and conditions.
Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made only if I haven’t yet begun creating your piece. Once your flowers are underway, I am unable to cancel or refund the order due to the time and materials involved.
Product Variations
All pieces are created using naturally dried flowers and foliage. Each bloom is unique, and variations in colour, texture, and form are part of their natural beauty. While I photograph all products in natural light, colours may appear differently across screens and devices. These variations are not considered faults, but a reflection of nature’s individuality.
Thank you for your kindness and support — it allows me to keep doing what I love, one bloom at a time. As a small, hands-on business, every order truly means the world to me.
With love,
Caitlin
